Position Overview We are seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. This role involves selling all lines of insurance and building lasting client relationships. If you’re driven, eager to succeed, and ready to grow with us, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Educate clients on insurance products including auto, home, life, and health
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives
What We’re Looking For
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
